Sonakshi Sinha attended the inaugural ceremony of India International Bullion Summit (IIBS) in a black lace gown by Anita Dongre, heavy Indian jewellery and black pumps. Curled hair finished the look.

She looks pretty but not liking the pairing of that Indian necklace with that gown. My guess is that she sported the necklace considering the event in question.
